The Emergency is strong, sturdy and reliable. You can consistently rely on the Emergency to provide you with access to safe drinking water in a time of crisis. Affordable and efficient, the Emergency purifies 200 half-liter servings of water on just one set of AA lithium batteries, enough to see your family comfortably through any problem time.

As a reminder, battery quality varies greatly by brand. We recommend using only well-known brand name Lithium or Nickel Metal Hydride batteries. Alkaline batteries of any kind are not recommended.

Delivery 

We aim to provide the best possible delivery service on every order, our aim is to dispatch our items the same day as the order is placed, provided the item(s) are in stock in our warehouse. There may be items that we need to transfer in from our stores, which may take a few days to be dispatched.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt provided that the goods are in a new and unused condition, with the original labels still intact. Please note that this policy does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or personalized on behalf of the customer. All postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there is an error in the delivery. )
