This lightweight fleece is surprisingly warm.The technical fit is good. It could benefit from being slightly longer and having slightly longer sleeves but that's always an issue for me. Overall it makes for a good mid layer.

There's not much I can say about this that you wouldn't expect, absolutely great quality top from Mountain Equipment, feels really nice on and fits great too. I've hardly taken it off since I got it. On Christmas Day (this was a Christmas present) I did what you should never do to any garment and spilt a slosh of red wine down the front, doh! However, quick application of that new/old wives remedy of a drop of white wine saw that stain off before it had a chance to take hold and you'd never know it was there. I'm not sure how much this says about the fleece but I was certainly relieved not to have ruined it on its first wear. I really like the colour even though my brother-in-law doesn't and at 25% off in the sale what's not to like?
