We only accept orders to be delivered to UK and BFPO addresses, and all EU countries.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm. We aim to process and dispatch each order within 3 days of receipt using the online traceable delivery services of Parcel Force, Royal Mail or an alternative courier. Provided that your item is in stock your order should reach you within the following timescales:
UK Standard Delivery - 3-5 working days
Channel Islands - please allow up to 7 working days
Customer Collection from Shop - please allow up to 7 working days to allow for inter store transfers.
EU - please allow up to 5 working days We recommend that you designate a delivery address where someone is available during the day to sign for the goods, as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss or additional costs, which may be incurred as a result of late delivery or failure to deliver by Royal Mail or the courier company.
